PEZA Registration Process

1. Submit the Application Form to the Director General’s Office along with Php 3,600.00 Application Fee.
2. Evaluation of Application by the Enterprise Regulations Department
3. Presentation of Application to the PEZA Board by the Enterprise Regulations Department
4. PEZA Board Approval
5. Issuance of the PEZA Board Resolution of Approval c/o PEZA Corporate Secretary
6. Submission by the Proponent of Pre-Registration Requirements through the Legal Services Group. Standard Pre-Registration Requirements are:
   a. SEC Registration of Proponent-Company
   b. Acceptance Letter or Reservation for the Economic Zone location of the proposed project
   c. Copy of the Application for the Environmental Compliance Certificate filed with the PEZA Environment Safety Group. (Filing fee for Department of Environment and Natural Resources – Php 4,000.00)
   d. Payment of Registration Fee – Php 6,000
7. Preparation of the Registration Agreement between Proponent and PEZA by Legal Services Group
8. Signing of Registration Agreement and Issuance of PEZA Certificate of Registration to Proponent
